Kassie Pruneda is a highly credentialed and well sought after Nurse Practitioner and Aesthetic Nurse Injector. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the International Association of Forensic Nurses, and the American Med Spa Association.
Kassie began her nursing career as a Trauma Nurse and Forensic Nurse Examiner in the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System in the heart of the globally recognized Texas Medical Center. From there, her love of emergency and forensic medicine took her to the Harris Health System and one of the busiest emergency departments in the region. She thrived in this environment and was quickly promoted to Clinical Resource Nurse where she received multiple awards recognizing her leadership skills and excellence in nursing. It was through this experience that Kassie developed a passion for education and mentoring others. She believes that to educate is to empower the industry as a whole; so in her spare time, you can find her teaching as a guest lecturer at Texas A&M University, partnering with the Texas Office of the Attorney General, training young nurses at the National Laser Institute, and working as Head of Training and Development for various medical spa practices.
