This 63-year-old patient had been unhappy with the appearance of her face and neck. She was a widow and felt that over the previous couple of years, she aged quite a bit. She felt so full of energy inside, but when she looked in the mirror, she looked aged and angry. She had been wanting to refresh her appearance for a long time and finally felt that this was the right time for her.
