This 27-year-old patient was self-conscious about the shape of her nose. She did not like the dorsal hump and felt that her nasal tip was bulbous. She was looking for a nose that was “elegant”, overall smaller in size, with a smooth nasal dorsum and a tip that was more refined and lifted.
She met with Dr Antunes at his Austin, Texas, Facial Plastic Surgery Practice for a consultation to discuss her options. During the exam Dr Antunes performed computer image morphing to and discussed the goals with the patient and what she would like to see after her rhinoplasty.
